Water and sports lovers always have a blast at Shenandoah Park. There’s a basketball court, a baseball field, a racquetball court, and several tennis courts on-site.
You’ll also find a swimming pool where you can join swimming lessons taught by professionals. If you’re feeling more adventurous, you can also join the on-site water aerobics.
Fitness classes are also free on-site. There’s also an outdoor gym, a recreation center, and an open area. The park also has a playground and a few picnic tables.
Dogs are also welcome on-site, but they have to wear a leash. You also need to keep them under control and clean up after them. Bring poop bags and dispose of used ones in the waste bins around the park.
The park is open from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. from Monday to Sunday. You can visit the park’s website for important announcements and more information about local events.
