You’ll find the Rainforest Trail near the end of the North Douglas Highway. It’s a half-mile trail that leads to the north end of Douglas Island.
From the trail, you will be able to see sport fishers and other outdoor enthusiasts.
You can bring your dog with you, but he must be on a leash. You also need to keep a close watch on your dog and help keep the park clean by bringing supplies like poop bags.
Remember to dispose of used bags only in waste bins around the park.
Bring plenty of water and your dog’s bowl as well.
