Pitner Road Park is home to an off-leash space for canines called Pitner Road Dog Park.
This fenced off-leash space has separate areas for big and small dogs, both approximately two acres in size.
Both areas have their own water fountains and waste stations.
You can also bring your own supply of poop bags in case the park runs out. You can dispose of used bags in the trash cans around the park.
There are also plenty of trees around the dog park, which provide shade during a hot summer day.
Pitner Road Dog Park is closed every Wednesday morning until 10 A.M. There’s a picnic shelter and restroom building on-site where you can rest before heading home.
Visit the park’s website for important announcements and more information about local events.
