If you don’t have plans this weekend yet, stop by Lake Vista Park. It has something for every member of your family—even the dog!

There’s a recreation center on-site, as well as a swimming pool. You’ll also find a skatepark, several tennis courts, and a lighted basketball court.

Your dog can hang out at the off-leash dog park on-site. You just need to make sure you clean up after your dog. You can pack your own supply of poop bags in case the dog park runs out.

There are waste bins around the park where you can dispose of used bags.

The playground on-site is also worth checking out. It has several slides and a We-Go ADA-accessible swing.

If you just want to go for a quiet walk, you can check out the park’s recreational trails with breathtaking views.

You can rent some of the facilities at the park, including the shelters. Check the park’s website for more information about the rental rates and schedule.

The park opens 30 minutes before sunrise and closes 30 minutes after sunset.
