Like many of the parks in Fort Lauderdale, Hortt Park has ball courts where you can play baseball, basketball, and volleyball.

You can also exercise at the park using the fitness stations and equipment on-site.

Don’t miss a chance to check out the park’s playground as well. It has climbing structures and slides where your kids can play or make new friends.

The recreation center on-site is also worth checking out.

Dogs are also welcome at the park, but you must ensure they wear leashes.

You also need to help keep the park clean by picking up after your pet. There are waste bins around the park where you can throw away used poop bags.

The park is open from 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. You can check the park’s website for important announcements and updates about local events.
