George English Park is home to several recreational amenities.

If you want to go fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and boating, this is one of the Fort Lauderdale parks you need to visit.

You can also play ball on-site. The park has a tennis court, a basketball court, and lighted athletic fields.

There are also several activities you can try at the park’s recreation center. You’ll also find a walking path and a jogging trail on-site.

Dogs on a leash are welcome at the park. You have to make sure you clean up after your pet when you visit. Throw away used poop bags in the waste bins around the park.

Before heading home, you can rest your feet at the park’s pavilion or hang around at the picnic tables. Clean restrooms are also available on-site.
