Although the designated off-leash dog park at East Gresham Park offers modest facilities, many fur parents in downtown Gresham love coming to visit.
The park is the city’s first off-leash area, so it’s not surprising that downtowners are excited that they finally have a space to let their dogs play and have fun leash-free.
A fence encloses the dog park at East Gresham Park. Poop bags are provided, which makes clean-up a breeze.
There is no water supply at the dog park yet, so you need to bring your dog’s bowl and water.
When you explore the rest of the park, you’ll find a baseball field, a playground, and a picnic shelter. Keep your dog on a leash when you’re not exploring the off-leash area.
Parking is available on-site, too. You can check out the park’s website for updates about park rules and local events.
