Azalea Road Dog Park is one of the most popular amenities available at Azalea Park. It offers plenty of space for dogs to play and socialize off-leash.
It also has separate areas for big and small dogs, so you don’t have to worry about your dog’s safety, especially if you have a small one.
Seasonal water coolers are also available on-site. You have to bring your own supply of water during winter. Bring poop bags and your dog’s bowl as well. You’ll find trash cans around the park where you can dispose of used poop bags.
Azalea Road Dog Park is surrounded by trees that offer plenty of shade.
If you want to explore the rest of Azalea Park, make sure your dog is wearing a leash. There’s a 4-acre man-made pond on-site stocked with fish by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.
Visit the park’s website for important announcements.
