If you’re looking for open space and lush greens, stop by William A. Pitts Dog Park.
Regular park-goers say their dogs loved the 4-acre fenced wooded area where pets can run off-leash.
Dog owners who frequent William A. Pitts Dog Park are also kind and very mindful of their fur babies.
If you need to take a break from exploring the trails, you can cool down at the park’s covered benches.
Poop bags are available at the dog park, and there’s a water fountain, too. Just make sure you bring your dog’s water bowl.
There are no separate areas for big and small dogs, so make sure you watch your pooch carefully while he’s playing with other canines.
You can check out the park’s Facebook page here.
