Wallace Dog Park, located on 5.39 acres of land in Portland, Oregon, is one of the city’s several parks with dedicated off-leash zones. Loved by many, the dog park takes after the name of a local councilman named Hugh Wallace. Although off-leash fun is welcome in its premises, and the dog play haven is free of charge for public use, park officials still require that Fidos remain on a leash.
