Vernon Hill Dog Park is one of Worcester’s first off-leash dog parks.

It opened in 2017 and has since become one of the favorite destinations of local fur parents.

The entrance to the park is double-gated, and well-maintained fences enclose the park.

You’ll find it next to the basketball court and Dennis F. Shine Memorial Swimming Pool.

Waste bags are provided on-site, but you can also bring yours if the park runs out.

There are also waste bins around the park where you can throw away used bags.

Vernon Hill Dog Park has two separate areas for big and small dogs.

Bring your dog’s bowl and plenty of water when you visit the park.
