If you’re looking to have a laidback afternoon with your friends and fur baby, head to Brewer Park.

This simple neighborhood park in Eugene, Oregon, was renovated in 2006 and has become an excellent spot for long morning walks with your dog and relaxing picnics with your friends.

You can also play soccer games or do yoga at Brewer Park. There’s also an adjacent play area and plenty of space for your dog to run, play, and socialize.

There are lots of trees for shade, too.

Don’t forget to clean up after your pet if you visit the park. For example, throw away used poop bags in waste receptacles in the area.

Bring your dog’s water bowl to keep him well-hydrated while he plays.
