The lot where you’ll find Tropical Park used to be a horse track in the late 1970s. Today, it’s a popular spot for bikers, fitness enthusiasts, and fur parents.

Some of the other activities you can enjoy on-site include playing baseball, basketball, racquetball, soccer, softball, and tennis. There’s also an equestrian center and a few fitness zones on-site.

If you want to go for a walk, you can check out the nature trails on-site. Your dog is welcome to join you, but he must be on a leash. You also need to clean up after your dog. Bring poop bags and throw away used ones in the designated waste bins.

You and your dog can also check out the picnic shelter/pavilion on-site. The park is open from sunrise to sunset. You can also check out the park’s website for more information about renting park facilities.
