Thurston Park is a beautiful neighborhood park with plenty of open space.

The park has a very relaxing atmosphere, which is one of the reasons why locals who have been there say it’s an excellent place for long, quiet walks.

You won’t find a dedicated off-leash area where your fur baby can hang out, but he can still visit as long as you keep him on a leash.

Make sure you clean up after your pet, too. For example, throw away used poop bags at designated bins and bring bottled water and your dog’s bowl.

There’s also a basketball court, a horseshoe pit, and an open play area at Thurston Park. Apart from that, you’ll also find paved pathways that connect the park to the neighborhood.
