Thousand Oaks Park is a 9.14-acre neighborhood park in San Jose, California.
More than one acre of the park is a woodland area filled with native oak trees. If you want to go for a quiet walk with your dog, you can go to the west side of the park, where you’ll find a beautiful walking path.
You need to keep your dog on a leash and clean up after him. Poop bags are not provided on-site, so make sure you bring your own supply.
Pack your dog’s bowl and plenty of water as well.
There’s also a playground on-site for kids ages 2-5 and 5-12.
The picnic areas with barbecue facilities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Street parking is also available. Check out the park’s website for more information about local events.
