If you’re looking for a Sacramento park where you, your friends, and your fur baby can enjoy a fun-filled afternoon, visit Sierra 2 Neighborhood Park.
It’s a 2.59-acre park featuring a soccer field, basketball court, and volleyball courts. There’s also an adventure area and a tot lot.
There’s also a picnic area on-site where you can relax with friends.
Dogs are welcome at Sierra 2 Neighborhood Park, but they must wear a leash. However, the park can be used as an off-leash area before 9 A.M. and after 5 P.M. unless there are sporting events.
Bring poop bags and dispose of used ones in designated waste bins around the park. Pack plenty of water and your dog’s bowl as well.
Visit the park’s website for more information about local events.
