Like many Fall River, Massachusetts parks, Ruggles Park is an excellent destination for ball games and long walks.

This 9-acre park features a basketball court and a softball field.

Kids are also welcome on-site. There’s a playground with well-appointed play structures where they can make new friends.

Ruggles Park is also pet-friendly. You can bring Fido with you when you visit, but he has to be on a leash.

You also have to clean up after your pet. There are waste bins around the park where you can dispose of used bags.
