The events held at Mitch Park often draw a lot of visitors. Apart from that, park-goers also come for the disc golf course, workout zone, and more than five miles of trails.

This 280-acre park also has several playgrounds, a skate park, lighted baseball and softball fields, basketball courts, pavilions, and an amphitheater.

You’ll also find picnic tables, grills, and other barbecue and picnic essentials at Mitch Park.

There’s a Multiple Activity Center and a Senior Center, too, located on the southeast side of the park.

The park also has a water fountain, so your dog’s bowl is all you need to bring. Bring poop bags with you, and make sure you throw used ones in dedicated receptacles around the park.
