Fur parents who have brought their pets to the off-leash dog park at High Sierra Park say it’s one of the best dog parks they’ve ever visited.
The park features 14 acres of space—7.5 acres make up the fenced dog park. Big and small dogs are separated into two areas.
Since the park offers plenty of space, you and your dog can enjoy activities like playing fetch and tag or climbing up the cool sandstone rocks.
Don’t forget to keep your dog hydrated while playing. Bring your dog’s bowl and refill it at the water fountains on-site.
You are also provided plenty of poop bags, making cleaning up after your pet easier.
Make sure to throw away used poop bags in the designated waste bins.
After exploring the park, you can rest your feet on the benches or have snacks at the picnic tables.
You’ll also find softball and baseball fields at High Sierra Park, apart from the dog park.
Visit the park’s website for important updates.
