Esselmont Park is small and simple, but locals love it because it’s clean and comes with excellent neighborhood park amenities.
For example, this on-site off-leash dog park has well-maintained fences and a clean water supply. Poop bags are also provided, so cleaning up after your pet will be a breeze. Just make sure you throw used bags in the designated waste bins.
After hanging out at the dog park, you can explore the open grass area with your fur baby as long as he’s wearing a leash. There’s also a basketball court, a splash pad, and beautiful trails on-site.
You can even reserve one of Esselmont Park’s picnic shelters, complete with tables and barbecue facilities. Just book a shelter through the park’s website.
You’re welcome to visit from 6 A.M. to 12 midnight. Restrooms are also available on-site.
