So much of Centennial Park South is begging to be explored.
This south area features a 54-acre man-made lake open to boaters from March 1 to November 30.
There’s also a boat ramp and accessible dock area on-site.
You can bring your dog to Centennial Park South, but he has to be on a leash.
You also need to make sure you clean up after your pet. Bring poop bags and dispose of used ones in the designated trash cans around the park.
There are also drinking fountains on-site where you can refill your dog’s bowl.
You and your dog can pass the time exploring the 2.6-mile paved pathway on-site. There are also plenty of natural areas to check out.
You’ll also find picnic pavilions and picnic areas on-site. The park also has a playground and three sand volleyball courts.
Parking and clean restrooms are also available on-site. You can check out the park’s website for important announcements and more information about renting park facilities.
