American Legion Park is home to a Funtopia and the American Legion Water Park, making it an excellent family destination.

Apart from getting on the water slides, lazy river, and splash pad at the water park, you can also tee off at the 9-hole par-3 golf course or play tennis at the courts on-site.

You can also bring your dog to this Elizabethtown park, but they’re not allowed to swim in the pool. You can explore the rest of American Legion Park instead.

Don’t forget to clean up after your pet. Pick up poop immediately, and make sure you throw used bags in the waste bins on-site.

The park also has a learning trail and a large first-come-first-serve shelter.

Kids are also welcome at the park. The Funtopia on-site has a playground for kids 2-5 years old and another one for kids 5-12 years old.

There are sensory panels, interactive panels, swings, and slides that will let your kids have fun and learn a lot.
