If you’re looking for a beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee and get a breath of fresh air, stop by Wydown Park.
You’ll find it along Handley Road on Wydown Boulevard, right in the heart of the Wydown Business District.
Another unique part of this quaint urban park is the little library on-site. The park is set amidst lush greens, seasonal gardens, blooming flowers, and flowering trees.
There’s also an open grass area where you and your children can run around and play.
Wydown Park is also home to a stone sculpture called “Youth” by Todd Frahm.
If you plan to bring your dog to the park, make sure he’s wearing a leash. You also need to clean up after your pet. Bring poop bags and dispose of used ones in designated waste bins around the park.
The park is open from 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. Visit the park’s website for important announcements and more information about local events.
