Worthington Off Leash Dog Park is a clean and well-maintained doggie sanctuary in Maryland.
It has two lower enclosures for large dogs and small, timid, or elderly dogs.
An upper enclosure also features dog training and fenced areas for rent. You can visit the park’s website for more information about renting park amenities.
Benches and covered shelters are available on-site.
Don’t forget to bring your dog’s bowl. You can refill it at the water fountain on-site, which is available during the summer months.
Bring poop bags so you can clean up after your dog. There are designated waste bins around the park where you can dispose of used bags.
You and your dog can also become “Bark Rangers” at Worthington Off Leash Dog Park.
It’s a great program that encourages dog owners to clean up after their pets and use a leash when visiting other Howard County parks.
