Whiteplains Dog Park in Maryland is a public off-leash space managed by the Charles County Government’s Parks and Grounds Division.
This one-acre park features separate fenced areas for big and small dogs.
There are poop bags available on-site, so you can easily clean up after your pet. You can bring your own supply in case the park runs out. Dispose of used poop bags in the designated waste bins around the park.
Drinking water is also available, except during the winter months. Don’t forget to bring your dog’s bowl.
Whiteplains Dog Park is open seven days a week from 8 A.M. until dusk. The dog park is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
