Maurie Jacobs Park is dog-friendly, but it does not have a designated fenced area where Fido can run off-leash.

Fur parents who have been to the park say it’s great for long walks and quiet picnics.

There are also a couple of areas where you can access the river. If you need to take a break, you can hang out at the picnic tables and benches.

Maurie Jacobs Park also has a soccer field and a community garden. You’ll also find a play area, a bike path, and parking on-site.

Remember to clean up after your pet when you visit the park.
