Discovery Park is a Bend, Oregon community park with a 3-acre lake and 25 acres of breathtaking open space.
There’s a natural play area with a water play feature. There are plenty of things to do, from exploring the beautiful walking trails to enjoying a meal at the picnic areas.
You can let your dog run and socialize at the 1-acre off-leash area. However, you need to clean up after your dog when you visit the park, especially if you stay by the lake.
Park authorities note that the lake is for irrigation purposes, and swimming and water play are not recommended. Fishing is not allowed, too.
You can visit the park’s website for updates and announcements.
