Dwight S. Parr Woods Natural Area, more popularly known as Parr Park, features more than two acres of wooded area.
This Beaverton park is close to the HMT Recreation Complex in the Five Oaks neighborhood.
You can explore the park with your dog, but you have to keep him on a leash. You need to pick up after your fur baby, too.
Throw away used poop bags in designated waste receptacles, and ensure you don’t let your dog off your sight.
Bring bottled water and your dog’s bowl as well.
There’s a paved trail in Parr Park that cuts through from north to south. After a long stroll, you and Fido can relax at the picnic tables on-site.
Visit the park’s website to learn more about camping and using the park trails.
