Jack C. Fisher Park is not your typical community park. It boasts 33 acres of space with lush greens and well-appointed amenities.
The park is excellent for ball games. It has a practice softball diamond with a 60 feet base anchors and an open outfield fence.
There’s a batting cage with four hitting tunnels on-site as well.
Jack C. Fisher Park is also home to the Kentucky Legend Fields, which has four synthetic ball diamonds and an athletic field house complete with employee offices and an event room.
You can also relax at the park’s picnic shelter and picnic tables. A paved walking trail on-site also provides access to the Adkisson Greenbelt Park.
If you’re visiting Fisher Park with your dog, you need to ensure he’s on a leash. You also need to clean up after your pet.
Throw away used bags in the designated waste receptacles. Bring bottled water and your dog’s bowl as well.
Clean restrooms are also available on-site. Visit Fisher Park’s website for important announcements.
