Christopher Columbus Park was known as Silverbell Park before it was named after Christopher Columbus in 1990.

This Tucson, Arizona park has an off-leash dog park with separate spaces for big and small dogs.

The 1-acre dog park also features a ‘Fido fountain,’ a scrambling area, and a shade ramada.

Bring poop bags so that you can clean up after your pet. Ensure you dispose of used poop bags in designated trash cans around the park.

Christopher Columbus Park also has a playground and Little League Baseball Fields.

If you’re feeling more adventurous, you can head to Silverbell Lake for boating and community fishing or Archer Lake for RC boating and UMX Aircraft.

Picnic tables, grills, and benches are also available on-site. You can also ride your bike to the park—there are secure bike racks on-site.
