Fur parents from downtown Memphis love The Barking Lot Dog Park for its simplicity.

Although it does not have agility equipment or fancy fountains and landscaping, it’s still a great place to let your dog play and make new friends.

Just remember to bring your dog’s water and bowl, plus a few pieces of poop bags.

The dog park is small, so frequent visitors advocate to keep it clean and well-maintained.

There are benches for fur parents to sit on, and there’s also a dedicated parking space for food trucks, so you can have a snack after playing.
