Taylor Mountain Regional Park is one of the most prominent destinations in Southeast Santa Rosa.
One of the best things to do at the park is to climb to the summit. From the top, you’ll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the city.
There are 7 miles of trails on-site where you can go hiking, biking, and even horseback riding.
You’ll also find an 18-hole disc golf course and a natural play area on-site.
Dogs on a leash are allowed at Taylor Mountain Regional Park. Make sure you follow this rule as there are cattle grazing in the area.
You also need to bring poop bags and dispose of used ones in designated waste bins around the park.
Bring your dog’s bowl and plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
There’s also a picnic area on-site where you can relax after a long hike.
Accessible parking and clean portable restroom are also available. Visit the park’s website for important announcements.
