Riverview Park was acquired in 1979 through the Community Development Block Grant funds.
Now, this 11-acre Renton park is one of the vital parts of the Cedar River Greenway System.
The park offers access to the Cedar River Trail. You’ll find signages that will guide you while you explore.
You can also check out the open meadows on-site.
If you’re bringing your dog with you to Riverview Park, make sure you keep him on a leash.
There are dog poop stations on-site, so it’ll be very easy to clean up after your pet.
Just be sure to throw away used bags in the designated waste bins.
Don’t forget to bring plenty of water and your dog’s bowl as well.
Other amenities available at Riverview Park include picnic tables, picnic shelters, and barbecues.
There are also interpretative displays and wildlife viewing on-site.
You’ll also find a soft-surface trail to the river that you can use for launching canoes and kayaks.
Visit the park’s website to learn more about reserving a shelter.
