The Paseo Vista Recreation Area used to be a working landfill. Now it’s one of the most visited parks in Chandler, Arizona.
You’ll find it on the northwest corner of McQueen and Ocotillo Roads. It has plenty of space and family-friendly amenities.
The off-leash dog park on-site is one of four must-visit dog parks in Chandler. It’s equipped with pooper-scoopers, but you can also bring your supply in case the park runs out.
Dog drinking fountains and benches are also available. Your dog will enjoy the see-saw, balance beam, tunnel, and hurdles on-site. Plenty of parking is also available.
Other amenities you’ll find at Paseo Vista Recreation Area include an archery range and a playground.
The park also features picnic areas and more than a mile of walking trails filled with wildflowers.
