Palmer Park is one of Janesville’s largest parks. This 164-acre Wisconsin destination features several recreation opportunities for every family member.

For example, if you’re visiting the park with your kids, you can let them have fun at the CAMDEN playground.

There’s a kid-friendly zip line on-site, too, and a wading pool that is open during summer.

You can also bring your dog to Palmer Park, but you have to keep him on a leash.

Clean up after your dog as well. Bring poop bags and throw away used ones in designated waste bins around the park.

Other amenities available on-site inclyde a pavilion for rent, picnic tables, and barbecue facilities.

You can also play volleyball, softball, and tennis on-site. You can even go sledding during winter.
