Montrose Park is a 16-acre park overlooking Georgetown. You’ll find it in northwest Washington, D.C.
There’s an armillary sphere that serves as a monument to Sarah Louise Rittenhouse for her dedication to seeing the park’s establishment.
Some of the amenities at Montrose park include tennis and pickleball courts.
You can also bring your children to the park. There’s a playground on-site where you can let your children play and make new friends.
Dogs on a leash are welcome at the park. Just make sure you clean up after them.
Don’t forget to bring poop bags and throw away used ones in designated waste bins.
There’s a drinking fountain on-site, so your dog’s bowl is all you need to bring.
If you need to rest, you can sit on the benches on-site. There are also picnic tables and clean restrooms at the park.
Visit the park’s website for important announcements.
