Lake Mingo Park is a 22-acre city park set amidst beautiful lush greens, walking trails, and huge trees.

It has several excellent amenities like basketball courts and a skate park.

The 9-hole disc golf course at this Nicholasville park will also help keep you busy. There are also three picnic shelters where you can have snacks and drinks with your friends.

If you’re visiting the park with your dog, you have to keep him on a leash.

You also need to clean up after your pet promptly and make sure to throw away used poop bags in the designated waste bins.

Lake Mingo Park has a walking path that is nine-tenths of a mile and winds through 22 acres of wooded park.

The park also has a playground and a small lake for fishing. You’ll find ducks swimming in the lake in the late afternoons.
