Lake Eola Park is one of the best dog-friendly destinations in Orlando, Florida. You’ll find it right in the heart of Downtown Orlando, just a stone’s throw away from other local destinations that welcome canines.
It has a mile-long walking path around Lake Eola, where you can take your leashed dog for a walk. You can also ride a swan-shaped paddle boat with your dog and enjoy beautiful views of the cityscape from the lake.
You’ll find poop bag dispensers along the lake path so that you can clean up after your dog. You can also bring your own supply in case the park runs out.
Birdwatching is another popular activity at Lake Eola Park. You’ll also find picnic tables on-site where you can relax after exploring the area. Playgrounds for kids ages 2-5 and 5-12 are also available on-site.
Parking and clean restrooms are also available. Visit the park’s website for more information about important announcements and dog-friendly local events.
