In Knoxville, Tennessee, several parks bring you and your fur baby closer to nature, like Holston River Park.
This 1-acre dog park gives you a choice to either let your dog play at the separate fenced areas for big and small dogs or take a stroll along the beautiful trails.
If you choose to take a stroll, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Holston River.
Walkers, runners, and cyclists frequent Holston River Park because of its paved path that circles the park.
There’s also a multi-recreational play area on-site, including two fishing piers and a canoe launch. You’ll also find soccer fields and playgrounds at the park.
After you tire your feet from all the walking and exploring, you and your dog can relax park’s picnic areas and shelters.
You can also refill your dog’s water bowl at the spout on-site. There are also waste stations that make clean-up easier.
Check out the park’s website here for updates and news.
