Hollinshead Park used to be a ranch and was donated to the district by Dean and Lily Hollinshead.
When you visit the park now, you’ll see how it has retained its charm. The Hollinshead Barn has been renovated, and the Share Croppers House has become a museum. Visiting the museum is one of the best things you can do at Hollinshead Park.
You can also check out the community garden or enjoy a snack at the picnic area. There’s plenty of open space at the park, too.
The off-leash dog park is another highlight at this Bend, Oregon park. A fence doesn’t enclose the area, so you need to watch your fur baby closely.
Bring poop bags and your dog’s bowl, too, as you need to make sure you clean up after your pet while at the park.
The barn can be reserved for your special event, too. Just visit the park’s website here.
