Locals come to Gerry Curtis Park to play ball and have barbecues with friends. It has excellent baseball and football fields and basketball and racquetball courts.

You’ll also find a boat ramp on-site, as well as an open area and a recreation center. Summer is also a great time to visit this Miami park. There’s a swimming pool on-site where you can join swimming lessons.

Dogs are also welcome at the park but must be on a leash. No poop bags and water are on-site, so you need to bring your own supply. However, there are waste bins around the park where you can dispose of used bags.

Parking and clean restrooms are also available on-site. The park is open from 7 A.M. to 9:30 P.M. from Monday to Friday. Check out the park’s website for more information about local events.
