Garth Nature Area Dog Park is part of the amenities available at Garth Nature.
It’s a 3-acre fenced space with a pond and a few picnic tables. It’s one of the best places in the city to take your dog for a walk.
The dog park is located near the 4.8-mile Bear Creek Trail and 1.6 miles of wetland trails.
A drinking fountain with a pet bowl is available on-site except during winter.
You can bring your own supply of poop bags in case the park runs out. There are waste bins around the park where you can dispose of used bags.
You can rinse your dog’s paws before heading home at the Garth Nature Area Dog Park’s dog wash station. Picnic areas, parking spaces, and clean restrooms are also available on-site.
Visit the park’s website for more information about local events.
