Like most of the parks in Gilbert, Arizona, Freestone Park also has a lake area that uses reclaimed water and is stocked for fishing.
There are also ball fields where you can enjoy a few games with your friends.
You can also pass the time at Freestone Recreation Center or practice at the skate park on-site.
There’s also an amphitheater where you can watch performances or join events.
Don’t miss a chance to have a picnic at the tables with barbecue grills on-site. There are also reservable ramadas where you can relax.
Children are also welcome to have fun at the playground areas on-site.
If you plan to bring your pet to Freestone Park, ensure they wear a leash. You have to keep a close watch on your dog, too.
Bring poop bags so you can clean up after your pet. There are trash receptacles around the park where you can dispose of used poop bags.
Visit the park’s website to learn more about reserving the ramadas and picnic tables.
