You’ll find David T. Kennedy Park off S. Bayshore Drive. It’s set amidst 20 acres of green space in front of the bay. It’s home to a large dog park with separate fenced-in areas for big and small dogs.
Bring poop bags, so you can clean up after your dog. There are waste bins around the park where you can dispose of used bags. You also need to bring water and your dog’s bowl to prevent dehydration.
Other amenities at the park include bike paths, outdoor gym equipment, and a volleyball court. Kids are also welcome at the park. There’s a playground on-site where your children can make new friends. Parking and clean restrooms are also available on-site. Visit the park’s website for important announcements and more information about reserving park amenities.
