Stopping by the Chalco Hills Dog Exercise Area is only one of the activities you can enjoy at Chalco Hills Recreation Area.

You’ll find the dog park close to the park’s Natural Resources Center and the Winter Sports Hill.

Make sure you bring poop bags and plenty of water when you visit the park. There are waste bins in the exercise area where you can dispose of used bags.

Apart from letting your dog play off-leash at Chalco Hills Dog Exercise Area, you can also explore the rest of Chalco Hills Recreation Area—just make sure you keep your dog on a leash.

There are picnic shelters, a playground, a boat ramp, and plenty of paved and nature trails all open for park-goers.
