Cabezon Park is a 13-acre haven with plenty of family-friendly amenities.
It’s an excellent place to visit on sunny Saturdays and lazy Sundays. There are barbecue grills, picnic tables, and a shade structure on-site.
You’ll also find a community center and a grass area where you can hang out.
Dogs are allowed on-site, but you have to make sure you clean up after them. Bring your own supply of poop bags and dispose of used ones in designated waste bins around the park.
There’s also a playground on-site where your children can make new friends. Cabezon Park is also handicap accessible, and parking spaces are available.
Visit the park’s website for more information about local events.
