Locals know Boysen Park affectionately as “Airplane Park” because it’s home to a U.S. Navy Cougar jet airplane used in the Korean War.
It features amenities like a baseball field, a football/soccer area, tennis courts, and volleyball courts.
There’s also a children’s play area on-site.
Dogs are welcome to visit Boysen Park, but they must be on a leash.
You need to clean up after your pet while at the park, so be sure to bring poop bags and dispose of used ones in designated waste bins around the park.
Clean restrooms are available on-site. Visit the park’s website for important announcements.
