A decent dog park in Long Beach, Uptown Dog Park provides separate play areas for small and large canines. Opened to visits since November 2014, the park sports renovations that include additional benches under well-shaded canopies. While it’s advisable to bring some water when visiting the park, remember not to bring any food items.
