If you’re looking for a dog-friendly Fort Lauderdale beach where you can bring Fido, stop by Canine Beach. The park is located north of Sunrise Boulevard.

Dogs need to be kept on a leash while you’re at the beach. You also have to ensure that Fido’s vaccination and license are updated.

You also need to pack poop bags to clean up after your dog. Make sure you dispose of used bags only in the designated waste bins on-site.

Canine Beach is open seven days a week from 6 A.M. to 9 A.M. Visit the park’s website for important announcements and more information about local events.
