Those who have been to Caney Creek Preserve say small, but it’s great for quiet walks.

The park is open from 6 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. from March to October and from 6 A.M. to 7 P.M. from November to February.

There are two picnic pavilions on-site where you can relax during hot days. You’ll also find a well-appointed playground and a 1.5-mile nature trail on-site.

You can also bring your fur baby to the off-leash dog park at Caney Creek Preserve. Make sure you clean up after your pet while at the park.

Pack poop bags and dispose of used ones in the trash cans around the park.

Don’t forget to bring your dog’s bowl and plenty of water.
